Lincoln nonprofit aims to hydrate cyclists and pedestrians downtown with water drive
As temps heat up this summer, a Lincoln nonprofit is working with some local businesses this week to collect water for cyclists and others in need. Knitted Village is organizing the drive, with donations going to Arbor Axe House and Code Beer Company on N Street and Antelope Valley Parkway.

Axe marks the spot
A Lincoln ax-throwing business has changed ownership and reopened under a new name. Craft Axe Throwing is now Arbor Axe House. Connor Pedersen, an employee when it was Craft Axe Throwing and now one of the owners, said the new name is a reference to Arbor Day, which started in Nebraska.

WATL Leagues
Tuesdays at 7PM
The World Axe Throwing League (WATL) fall season is here. From October 5 - December 6, we will be hosting a hatchet league every Tuesday from 7-9pm. Learn from the best throwers in Lincoln and have a few drinks with friends.

Recreation Leagues
Thursdays at 7PM
Looking for something a little more casual and a little less competitive? Join our Thursday recreation league! Each week we play different games like 21, around the world, and landmines! You don't need to sign up ahead of time, and you aren't committed to coming back next week. Just show up, throw, and have fun!
Leage Fee: $20/week
Get a free league exclusive koozie when you sign up! Each week that you bring your koozie, you get 50% off your league fee!
Frequently Asked Questions
Are kids allowed?
Kids are allowed in our venue until 10pm. All children (anyone under 18 years old) must be supervised at all times.
Kids younger than 10 years old are not allowed to throw or handle anything sharp.
What drinks do you have?
We have a wide selection of beer, cider, seltzer, and canned cocktails. We also have soda, tea, water, and non-alcoholic beers.
We do not currently serve mixed drinks, liquor, or wine.
Can I bring in outside food?
Yes, outside food is allowed. We ask that you let us know ahead of time if you plan on bringing in food so we can prepare space for you.
I booked online. Did you charge my card?
No. We require a card to hold your reservation, but will not charge it unless you no-show. When you check-in at your start time, you can pay however you'd like.
What is your cancelation policy?
You can cancel without being charged a cancelation fee up to 24 hours prior to your reservation start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation start time or no-show for your reservation, you will be charged a 50% cancelation fee.
Can I book a reservation outside your normal business hours?
If you would like to book a facility rental outside of normal business hours, please contact us. With enough prior notice, we may be able to accommodate you.
We do not take non-facility reservations of less than 30 people outside of normal business hours.
Someone in my group just wants to watch. Is that okay?
Non-throwing spectators are allowed. They will not count as throwers for your reservation. Please inform us ahead of time so we ensure there is enough seating for your entire group.
